So, I finally get to start watching last night's episode of Torchwood. First off, yay! Tosh! Oh, and much love to the kind person who has (so far) uploaded the first fifteen minutes to... Well, that would be telling, and those folks at the BBC are oh-so strict. Loved the little opening sequence of Tosh running around her flat (which is even nicer than it was last year) trying to decide what to wear. Very cute. She's gorgeous.
While I don't want to spoil myself, I am so tempted to watch one of the many videos of that scene on YouTube. Aww, I'm really loving this. Tosh is so sweet. As is Tommy. Whyyy are all the relationships in TW so doomed? Whyyy? Also, I'm really starting to like Ianto and Gwen's little moments. That bit in the office is adorable. God, I'm starting to like Gwen! This is a good second series!
Like Doctor Who, the second series is shaping up to be better than the first. Let's just hope that Torchwood gets a third series, but continues to improve rather than decline like Doctor Who, which didn't really get going in S3 until episodes 8 and 9. I disagree with most people though - I don't think it was because of Freema Agyeman, rather the way the writers wrote her character. I loved Freema, and with a bit of work Martha could have been brilliant. Still, no use crying over spilt milk. I'm looking forward to seeing her in Torchwood, and I hope her career takes off, having been in Doctor Who.
Anyway, back to Tosh ' n ' Tommy, aka Doomed Torchwood Romance No. 1000000000. Unfortunately, the video's stopped, and whether that's due to my shitty laptop or the website, I'm not quite sure. My bets are on the former. That bit with Gwen in the hospital was creepy, but had a bit of a disappointing (though, I suppose, inevitable) climax. And, returning to the topic of Torchwood S2, I, like many people, am delighted at how much Ianto's being used this season. He's fantastic. I loooove him. Seriously though, Gareth David-Lloyd is really talented.  And yay for Janto! Oh, and of course Jack had to mention being in WW1. Jack? Old? Omgnowaiz! -rolleyes-

Fuck it! I give in, I'm watching the clip! Okay, I... Uh... Um. Uh. Oh God. Well, let's just say I'm glad I watched the clip. Oh, God. Wow. Now we just need the blooper real with the 2 minutes of footage. Oh, fuck. Sorry, just watched it again. And again. And again. Jesus. Wow. This is better than the bit at the end of End of Days. Though that was fucking adorable. But, to be honest, that wasn't exactly what I'd consider a "meltdown". Maybe John meant a different episode in his book. Maybe there's more to come! Yay! Wait, that bit about love - did Jack mean Ianto? Aww, please say he did. That would just be SO cute. Of course, Ianto's going to die young in the employment of Torchwood, and Jack's going to die old in a glass case in the year five billion and twenty-three, but hey. It's worth it for the hot. And lol at the twenty or so copies of it on YT.

Actually, just rewatching the office scene from KKBB. AWW. They're so nervous and cute and awww. And thank you, Chris Chibnall, for making many a fangirl's dream come true. You're being very good this year. Now you just need to write an episode based around their date. Although, it'd either be adorable, or more awkward than anything Ricky Gervais could manage.

Tonight's TV began with the double bill of old Scrubs on E4 (so much for studying. Mocks in a month. FUCK.), followed by Waterloo Road and Nevermind the Buzzcocks. I'm pretty shameless when it comes to my Waterloo Road addiction, I have to say. I know it's cheesy, and has a ridiculous amount of twists and turns, but I fucking love it. Eddie, mmm. And Brett, MMM. Aww, though, poor, silly, cute Brett. I hope he gets Mika back, even if she is a stupid, whiny cow. Of course, if he doesn't get her back, I'll be right here =]
And I looove Eddie. Twinkle eyes! He's a sweetheart. There's some TV characters whose pants I don't want to get into, who I'd much rather cuddle, and he's one of them, as is Leo in Silent Witness, and Jack (well, kind of. I think everyone's wanted to shag Jack at one point. Even Chris Chibnall admitted it.) But Eddie's so sweet to poor Jasmine, and I really like Eddie and Rachel's friendship. Also, the bit with Brett and him was quite funny.
The next episode looks good. I quite like Matt, even if he is a total drama queen. The storyline with him and the HIV+ boy earlier this season was brilliant. I feel a bit sorry for his poor boyfriend. Also, Rachel gets discovered by Eddie and Jasmine tries to quit (and Eddie helps her out! Yay!)

Nevermind the Buzzcocks was really good this week. I haven't enjoyed it all that much lately, but James Nesbitt? Yes, please. I don't know what it is about him. I mean, most Northern Irish accents kinda annoy me. His turns me on. And yes, he's old, and bald, but did you fucking see him in Jekyll? Not to mention Murphy's Law. RAWR. And he does have such a pretty smile. He was quite funny, too, "exploiting the Northern Irish conflict for a measly point on Buzzcocks". And poor guy, they teased him to death. Quite funny with Simon Amstell and his pint of Guiness, as well.
Aww, but Jimmy was cute. He's the one man I could still fancy with a handlebar moustache. I like his new short hair. And the way he keeps running his hands over it. Also, the fella from Hot Chip ("Hot Chick") was pretty funny too.

So that's that, because I'm knackered. Babysitting tomorrow night, so I'll probably try and polish off the Torchwood DVDs or watch the Royal Tenenbaums again. Hopefully, the next few parts of To the Last Man will have been uploaded and I'll have time to watch them before I go. Probably go to Omni with Aoife on Saturday, if she's around. Might actually do some study on Sunday (I am soo screwed.) Toodles.

Oh, that kiss. Fuck me!

OK, still trying to get the hang of this. Today's my first entry. I think I'm getting a real bad cold. I feel like death. Absolute shit. I'm coughing and sniffling and my voice is all hoarse and wobbly. =[ But I finished my DW fic, which is good. I'm halfway through typing it up. I don't know why I'm bothering with this entry. I'll probably go back to typing the fic.
